About CookieConsentHQ
CookieConsentHQ is a cookie consent platform for websites: cookie banners with automatic tracker blocking, Google Consent Mode v2 monitoring and consent logs. Free up to 25,000 pageviews a month; paid plans from $8 a month.
Who runs it
CookieConsentHQ is built and run by Hamza Ahmad Aslam, a sole proprietor in Lahore, Pakistan. More about the founder is at hamzaahmadaslam.com. Payments go through Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles invoices and sales tax.
Why it exists
Popular cookie banners switch themselves off when a site passes its monthly pageview allowance, and keep Global Privacy Control and US-state rules for higher plans. A traffic spike shouldn't leave a site without a consent banner, so here the banner keeps working over the limit, with no overage fees. Free includes 25,000 pageviews a month, and paid plans start at $8 a month.
How the figures on this site are checked
Competitor prices and limits come from each vendor's own pricing page and documentation. Every comparison links its sources and shows the date they were checked. Pages describe only features that are live in the product, and they list what isn't built yet, such as IAB TCF support and policy generators. CookieConsentHQ helps you meet cookie rules; it isn't legal advice.
How it runs
The banner is served from Cloudflare's network, the dashboard runs on Vercel and data sits in a Neon Postgres database. The security page lists every company that processes data for the service and where.
