Refund Policy

At CookieConsentHQ, we want you to feel comfortable choosing a subscription.

This Refund Policy explains our 14-day money-back guarantee, subscription cancellations and renewal payments.

CookieConsentHQ is operated by Hamza Ahmad Aslam, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan.

1. Our 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment for any paid subscription plan.

This applies to:

To request a refund, contact us within 14 calendar days of your first payment for the applicable plan.

The 14-day period begins on the payment date, not the date you first install or configure CookieConsentHQ.

An eligible refund covers the initial subscription payment for that plan.

2. Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Renewal payments are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

This applies to both monthly and annual renewals.

If you no longer need CookieConsentHQ, cancel before your next renewal to prevent another charge.

3. Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from the billing portal linked to your CookieConsentHQ account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

Your paid features remain available until that period ends.

Canceling does not automatically initiate a refund.

We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time after the 14-day eligibility period, except where required by law.

4. How to request a refund

You can submit a refund request through either:

Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.

We will coordinate eligible requests with Paddle.

5. Payment processor

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle handles the payment transaction and processes approved refunds.

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing procedures.

Any applicable refund rights under Paddle's buyer terms or mandatory law remain unaffected.

6. What happens after a refund?

If your initial subscription payment is refunded, the corresponding paid subscription may be terminated or downgraded.

You will no longer be entitled to features associated with the refunded subscription.

If you continue using CookieConsentHQ, your account may remain eligible for the Free plan, subject to its terms and available features.

You are responsible for checking your website's consent setup after any change to your subscription.

7. Free plan

The Free plan costs $0 and does not require a refund.

You can stop using the Free plan or request account closure at any time.

8. Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws require a refund, cancellation right or remedy beyond this policy, those legal requirements take precedence.
